FraXn is a revolutionary fractionalized investment platform leveraging blockchain technology to democratize access to real-world assets. By starting with peer-to-peer (P2P) property investments and expanding into other asset categories, FraXn aims to create a global marketplace for fractional ownership. Our platform offers a seamless, secure, and transparent way for investors to participate in the ownership and management of various asset classes, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and user-centric design.

FraXn is pioneering a transformative approach to real estate investment by creating a blockchain-based platform to democratise access to Real World Assets (RWAs). RWAs include tangible assets such as real estate, other tangible assets, commodities, and intellectual property. Traditionally, investing in these assets has been challenging due to high capital requirements, lack of transparency, illiquidity, and reliance on intermediaries. FraXn addresses these issues by leveraging blockchain technology to enable fractional ownership, enhanced transparency, improved liquidity, and reduced costs.
